In the spirit of Acts 2:42-47, REFRESH is a 65 minute worship gathering devoted to:

• emphasizing fellowship around the Lord's Table
• expressing love to God through passionate praise & prayer
  
• experiencing spiritual growth in the context of community
• encouraging one another to follow Jesus in our daily lives
